The team that always has a QB named team is one of the oldest teams in the league and the oldest in the DC Conference. Founded in 2016, just like the league, as A Bit of Luck named after quarterback Andrew Luck. Since then, every season the team has been named after the Quarterback it's drafted. In their first season, they made it to the Super Hero Bowl but lost. After a trip to the Super Hero Bowl they made a trip to the Toilet Bowl but this time they won their way out to avoid becoming ShitSipper. In the next two seasons, they finished in the middle of the league. In 2020 once again they did not make the playoffs but did once again manage to win out of consolation and come in 7th place. In 2021 they made their second trip to the Toilet Bowl and this time became the league's 5th ShitSipper. In 2022 they finished with a franchise-best record of 10 wins 3 losses and a tie which led them to the playoffs for just the second time. They received a bye in the first round and went on to become the league's first, worst-to-first champion as they won Super Hero Bowl VII marking their first championship. In 2023, they could not repeat their success from last year. They started the season 4-3 and ended on a 5 game losing streak to miss the playoffs and finished in 9th place

Founded In 2017 as I already won, then later changed to I already won ...maybe after they weren't winning. During the 2017 season, they finished 6th, but in their 2nd season, they took home their first championship-winning Super Hero Bowl III as team idek. In 2019 they re-branded again this time as the Dunder Mifflinites and made playoffs but once again came in 6th. In 2020 they tied the league record for the best record at 11-2 and they became the 2nd team to make it back to the Super Hero Bowl after already being a champion and ultimately became the first team to win a 2nd championship. In 2021 they made the playoffs but ultimately finished in 5th place. In 2022 they rebranded as Kamara's Karate Club named after running back Alvin Kamara and his legal troubles at the Las Vegas Pro Bowl. This proved to be troublesome for them as they finished the season with a record of 5-8-1 and played in Toilet Bowl VII where they would lose and become the ShitSipper for the first time. In 2023 they rebranded to the Chase Me if You Can after drafting Ja'Marr Chase, this proved to be a good rebrand as the rest of the league is chasing after this franchise, in terms of championships. As they have become the league's first three-time champ and second worst-to-first story.

One of the newer teams in the league was founded in 2018 after they took over from a previous owner. However they have made their mark in league history by becoming the first back-to-back ShitSipper in 2018-19, and the league's only 2-time winner of the award. In 2020 they managed to turn their franchise around and gained their first winning season finishing 9-4 and second in DC, however, were eliminated in the second round of playoffs and finished in 3rd place! In 2021 they regressed a bit finishing 5-8-1 and ultimately came in 7th place. In 2022 they made the playoffs for the second time in franchise history, but lost in the first round and finished in 5th place. In 2023 Its Brittany Bitch returned to franchise of old, finishing with a record of 5-9 and their 3rd appearance in the Toilet Bowl, however this time they won their way out and finished in 11th instead of last.

This team joined the league in 2019 as part of the first league expansion from an 8-team league to a 10-team league. Originally Sacramento Griff then re-branded as the Honey Badgers. In their first season, they made history with a league-best record of 11-2 and enjoyed a Super Hero Bowl IV victory. In 2020 they did not repeat their first season and obtained a losing record and almost made the Toilet Bowl but ultimately finished in 8th. In 2021 they made their first trip to the Toilet Bowl but won to avoid becoming the ShitSipper, finishing in 9th place. In 2022 they returned to the playoffs for the second time but were eliminated in the first round and finished in 6th place. 2023 proved to be a successful year for the Honey Badgers as they won their second Garner Fox Award finishing 8-5-1 atop the DC Conference and were the #2 seed in the playoffs. They lost after their bye and finished in 3rd.

Founded in 2017 as a new team to DC, this franchise was originally known as the Ninerville Villains. During the season they made their mark winning multiple awards but came in 3rd place. In 2018 and 2019 they took a hiatus from the league. In 2020 they returned for the Fifth season of the J.A.L. and re-branded, as THE villain from Batman, the Jokers (a play on the owner's name and the clown prince himself), they also relocated to the Arkham Asylum. This year they made the playoffs once again but lost in the first round and finished in 5th place. In 2021 they won the DC conference and made the playoffs but ultimately finished in 3rd place. In 2022 they started rough at 3-4 but finished strong as they made the playoffs for the fourth time with a record of 8-6. They were eliminated in the second round and finished in 4th place. 2023 proved to be another successful year for the Joekers as they made the playoffs for the fifth consecutive year, however, they were outed in the second round finishing in 4th, and are still chasing that elusive championship, just like the Joker chasing Batman.

The Jackson 16, named after the team's QB Lamar Jackson, had a rough start to their rookie year. After starting 2-5 in their first 7 games, they finished 5-2 but missed the playoffs and ended up having a rough finish as well and they became the ShitSipper after losing Toilet Bowl VIII.

The Dark Knights are one of the oldest teams in the league and DC. Founded in 2016, just like the league, as the Filthy Chromosomes, in their first season they made playoffs but were eliminated in the first round. Since then they have relocated and re-branded to now represent one of Gotham and DC's finest, Batman. However, after the re-brand, they faced hardships for two seasons struggling to get back to playoffs and even winning (or losing) their way to the Toilet Bowl and becoming the ShitSipper. In 2019, they made playoffs via the league expansion but were eliminated in the second round. In 2020 they took a hiatus from the league and have not returned.

Founded in 2016 and ended in 2016. This team was the league's first ShitSipper and ultimately was a one-and-done owner.
